Built Architecture is the Lugosch Architect line of semi-fabricated, semi-custom homes. We have developed several base models that can be modified to meet the needs of individual clients and sites. These designs are highly energy efficient.

We have taken the extra step to build environmental models of these homes to best be able to tune their operational efficiency. Lugosch ‘Built Architecture’ is constructed by combining off-site fabrication and on-site construction. Off-site fabricators provide the house enclosure. Local contractors complete our home interiors.

Our goal is to provide great design, hold costs, compress the time for construction, build in opportunities for customization and support our local economy. We feel with built architecture we can bring you a product that is superior to conventional spec homes.
